Yuki Houjicha is made of carefully selected tea stems that goes through two stages of roasting. It is lightly fragrant and can be brewed cold for the summer time. This loose leaf tea has low caffeine. 

The quality of houjicha greatly relies on the ingredients and manufacturing processes, and Hoshino Seichaen has come up with their two-stage, light roasting technique.
