Wakoucha - Benifuki (Japanese Black Tea) - 50g

Wakoucha is Japanese black tea that is quite niche, but now more farmers are producing it again. This in particular uses the Benifuki cultivar and it is grown and processed in Yame, Fukuoka. 

This specific tea won the 2022 Japanese Tea Award - Platinum Prize and was chosen for the party of the Japanese Emperor in 2017 which was held in Fukuoka. 

This tea has high aroma, sharp acidity, floral and citrus nuanced taste.
