Star Japanese Oolong Tea (Rare Loose Leaf) - 30g

Hoshino Seichaen’s extremely rare oolong tea that is produced domestically in Hoshino Village, Yame, Fukuoka. It is crafted using authentic methods using Taiwanese oolong tea varieties - Blue Heart Oolong and Izumi. Lightly fermented for a floral aroma. 

Rare 100% first-grade tea with only 12 kilograms produced annually. 

Brewing instructions - Serves 3

Tea leaves: 6g

Water temperature: Boiling

Water amount: 200ml 

Steeping time: First brew at 60 seconds, second to fourth brew at 45 seconds. 

Flavor Profiles

First brew: Toasty green tea aroma and light floral aroma

Second brew: Gorgeous floral aroma with a moderate sweetness and astringency

Third brew: A harmonious blend of floral and green tea aromas 

Fourth brew: Refreshing green tea aroma
