Shizuoka 01 Matcha - 40g

Shizuoka 01 is one of our Barista-Grade matcha that is in rotation under Kamai Tea. As its name suggests, this tea is grown and processed in Shizuoka. 

It is a blend that consists of the Saemidori and Okumidori cultivars. It is first flush (or first harvest), and it is milled using a a stone mill (ishi uzu).

This premium matcha for latte use or high-end desserts.
