Rich Houjicha Powder - 100g

Yamamasa Koyamaen’s Rich Houjicha is made from hand-picked tencha from Uji. These are lightly roasted in low temperatures that gives its mellow, chocolate-like aroma. This can be used for lattes and desserts. 

Houjicha or Hōjicha is roasted green tea. It is made up of the mature parts of tencha like the stems and older tea leaves which are then roasted and then ground into a powder. This has less caffeine compared to matcha.
