Premium Organic Hōjicha (Loose Leaf) - 100g

This hōjicha is made with first flush kukicha (stems) and is lightly roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal to achieve a golden color. This was processed at the same level of quality for high-grade sencha. 

This tea is fragrant with flavor profiles of maple sap, light caramel, and toasted hazelnuts.
